Mission

The group’s mission is to provide an outlet for employees to interact with one another on a both work-related and non-work-related basis.

PJM’s PNG employee resource group offers the following benefits:

• Promotes professional development and social engagement at PJM through hosted events, educational campaigns and collaborations with other employee resource groups.
• Serves as a platform for employees to converse and network with colleagues from different divisions, departments and career bands.
• Facilitate knowledge and skill sharing across the company.
