Regulation Performance Senior Task Force The Regulation Performance Senior Task Force (RPSTF) was formed to address the regulation performance issue approved at the February 16, 2011 Markets and Reliability Committee (MRC) meeting to be undertaken in a stakeholder process (see the Regulation Performance Issue in Issue Tracking for a complete description). PJM stakeholders voted to sunset the RPSTF at the MRC meeting on November 21, 2013. The task force’s key deliverables as specified in the charter have been met.
