Pandemic Coordination

This page provides public documents and meeting information for stakeholders during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. It includes public information for state officials and regulators, as well as the Operations Pandemic Coordination Team (OPCT), and hosts materials discussed on the weekly coronavirus update calls.

Current Status

  • PJM requires the COVID-19 vaccine for employees, contractors, vendors, members and other stakeholders who come on the PJM campus or attend PJM events on or off campus. (As of Jan. 4, 2022)
  • PJM will begin holding stakeholder meetings at PJM’s Valley Forge campus starting with the Liaison Committee meeting with the PJM Board of Managers on April 19. All meetings taking place in person will include a remote attendance option.
  • The PJM Annual Meeting of Members will be broken into two events in the spring and fall of 2022. The spring meeting will take place May 17-18 at the PJM Conference and Training Center. The fall meeting will take place Oct. 24-26 at a remote location.
  • The May 25 Markets & Reliability Committee meeting will also take place at the PJM Conference and Training Center.
  • Senior standing committees, standing committees and senior task forces will resume in-person meetings in June.
  • Domestic business travel for PJM employees, which has been restricted since January 2020, will resume in April. The vaccine requirement applies to PJM business travel as well.
  • International visits to PJM and international business travel by employees remain suspended through the end of 2022.
  • In-person operator training resumes with the Spring PJM Operator Seminar, which runs from March 7, 2022, to May 13, 2022. There is a vaccination requirement to attend in person. A virtual option is also available.
